WATCH: Depressed goat ends hunger strike after reuniting with burro friend

Sometimes you just miss your friend.

A goat, depressed over his separation from a burro, stopped eating at a California animal shelter.

The Goat, Mr G, had lived with the burro in an animal hoarding situation.

The goat and burro were taken to different shelters.

Mr G. grew despondent and spent days not eating and lying in the corner of his stall.

That is until a volunteer agreed to drive 14 hours to reunite the two animals.
