Sent from my mobile. Enjoy.

I am lying in bed looking out my window to the distant high-rises and lights still red or green for Christmas. I hear pounding, like a board of wood, and the ever-present sirens from Chicago EMS. Cars are driving by, and so is a horse and carriage. The wind blows. People talk and laugh. Shadows crawl about my walls. I feel at peace. The chaos has been driven out tonight. I have friends and family who love and care for me, as I do them. I have *a world* of friends within social medical whom I am grateful for also.

I havent really finished this post but I am tired and can hardly keep my eyes open. Good night, tweeps. 🙂 ❤
