I have just spent time reading your blog. My heart goes out to you. I am a missionary in Vanuatu, but Australia is my home country. THere is homelessness there, but not as bad as the US, australia is a lot better with welfare than the US. I am so glad you are still hooked into your faith in God. I pray that you will find a way out of homelessness and make contact with your children again. God bless you.

Have you tried getting into Lincoln Park Community Shelter. it is suppose to be a great place.

I have just found you via MASHABLE. My heart goes out to you as I live with chronic pain due to an injury from a car accident 6 1/2 years ago. I am a single Mom of two children and disability does not pay enough to raise two children. Although I do have a home. I am glad you are receiving help. There really is kind people.
